  1. Choose the program that is right for you (3 or 5 x per wk for 1, 3, or 6 months)
  2. Receive your confirmation e-mail with first-class instructions
  3. Reply with your preferred class location
  4. Download ParQ and Consent forms (Form 1 and 2 below), fill out, and bring to 1st class

The 3 and 6 month membership does not have to be used consecutively. In other words, use them as you will over a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Your credit card will be billed monthly until the membership term has ended.
